Costs and Pricing 

At The Care Collective, it's important to us that we are able to work with a diverse group of people and with people from various socioeconomic backgrounds. We are currently accepting self pay, United Healthcare, and Anthem. We are in the process of accepting Aetna, Anthem HIP, Hoosier Healthwise, and Hoosier Care Connect. We are able to accept HSA and FSA cards and can provide superbills to our client's to submit to their insurance for a reimbursement rate determined by each individuals insurance.
