Costs and Pricing 

At The Care Collective, it's important to us that we are able to work with a diverse group of people and with people from various socioeconomic backgrounds. We are currently accepting self pay, United Healthcare, UMR, Aetna, and some forms of Medicaid including CareSource, Hoosier Healthwise, Healthy Indiana Plan, and Hoosier Care Connect. We are unable to accept MHS Medicaid plans at this time. We are also able to accept HSA and FSA cards and can provide superbills to our client's to submit to their insurance for a reimbursement rate determined by each individuals insurance.
